Your customer list lives on your device. We never sell data, never contact your customers, and never send messages on your behalf — every call, text, and email is opened in your own apps, from your own number.
Your account email; your profile settings (name, home zip, appointment default, timezone, public-page address, and the phone number you choose to display); a compressed backup of your imported lead list in private storage only your account can read; records of customers you have contacted and your interaction history, so they survive a lost phone; booking requests submitted on your public page; and, if you subscribe, billing status handled by Stripe — we never see card numbers.
Message contents beyond what you logged, passwords (there are none — sign-in is by email link), your customers' consent to be contacted (that relationship and responsibility is yours), or any analytics profile of you.
Settings → Danger zone → "Delete my account & data" erases your rows, your cloud backup, and your sign-in — permanently, within minutes.
Email the address on your receipt or the one you signed up with — a human reads it.
